Individuals at this level display initiative and judgement in planning, organising, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organisational or enterprise requirements.
They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources.
BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management consists of 12 units of competency made up of 4 core units and 8 elective units.

Students enrolling in this course will be provided support by phone and email as required. Face to face meetings can be arranged by appointment. Students requiring higher level support then what can be provide will be referred to external support services.

Nine months. This course is competency based and can be completed in a shorter time frame depending on the students existing skills and knowledge and prior learning.
An extension of this period may be available depending on the students circumstances.
