Whats new at HANMAC?

Hello and welcome

HANMAC will be closing for Christmas on the 15th December 2019 and will reopen on the 13th January 2020. Current students will be able to reach us through email over this time, please expect delays to response times over this period. Assessments due over the Christmas period must be submitted by the due date to HANMAC’s secure post office box.

The staff at HANMAC wish you a Merry Christmas and look forward to working with you for the remainder of this year and into next.

CLASSROOM BASED TRAINING 

Are you interested in working in the Aged care, Community care or Disability sectors?

Are you currently employed in the Aged care, Community care or Disability sectors and need to get your qualification?

If you answered yes to either of these questions, CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support is the qualification for you.

HANMAC will be holding the next orientation day for CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support on the 29th January 2020 starting at 10 am. This day provides students with the opportunity to meet HANMAC’s staff, find out more about the qualification, ask questions and complete the enrollment process.

Interested in attending orientation? Complete an Expression of Interest and return it to [email protected].

Unable to make it to the orientation day? you can register your interest in this qualification by contacting HANMAC directly or by completing and lodging an Expression of Interest form.

EXTERNAL STUDY

Are you unable to commit to classroom based training due to work or other commitments? If yes, HANMAC offers a number of qualifications through paper based external study options. External study has minimal requirements for class time** with assessments being completed at home.

* Training and working in the health and community services sectors (includes Aged Care, Home and Community Care and Disability) involves lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and other physically demanding activities. Please consider your ability to complete these tasks prior to applying.
** Students enrolled in external study are required to attend critical classes and complete the mandatory work placement element relevant to their chosen course.

HANMAC is a Townsville based Registered Training Organisation (RTO NP# 32096) that has been providing mentoring, consultancy and nationally recognised training into the Community Service and Health industries in Queensland and New South Wales since 2003.

HANMAC provides services both in the workplace and at our head office located at 601 Ross River Road, Kirwan. HANMACs training services are conducted in the workplace, through external study methods or through face to face training conducted at our Kirwan office.
